Hagerstown Police Department Citizens Police Academy

Beginning Tuesday February 16, 2010 and continuing until Graduation on 25 May, 2010 (Free of Charge)

Classes will begin at 6:30 PM and conclude at approximately 9:30 PM Classes will include:

A look at Uniformed Patrol
Civilian Emergency Response Training (C.E.R.T.)
Fire Arms Training Simulator (F.A.T.S.)
Investigations, Narcotics and Gangs.
Weapons of Mass Destruction
The multiple divisions in Law Enforcement to include K-9 , SRT, Forensics, DUI Enforcement and many others.
Volunteer opportunities within the Police Department.
