The Hagerstown Historic City Park Neighborhoods 1st meets @ 7:00PM at the Chic’s Seafood on the corner of Summit & Memorial the 1st monday of every month. The meeting is free to all City Park area residents and business owners.

About the Park
Hagerstown City Park is known as America's 2nd most beautiful park. The first most beautiful being Central Park in New York City. The park was designed by landscape architect George Burnap who helped design some of the landscapes in Central Park. Read More
The neighborhood surrounding City Park is one of the oldest in Maryland and features houses from the 1750s to present day. The neighborhood has formed a Neighborhoods 1st Group in 2009 and is currently the largest in the City of Hagerstown with over 2,500 residents. The neighborhood group works to improve the park and surrounding areas. Read More
